Ethylene Bis Stearamide EBS is Insoluble in water, ethanol, acetone, carbon tetrachloride and other solvents at room temperature, but it can be dissolved in high boiling point solvents such as hot xylene, chloroform, butanol, etc., Flash point of about 280 ℃, heat stability at about 300 ℃. As the product is ethylene bis stearamide based on the introduction of polar groups, its properties in addition to EBS features, but also has better dispersion and bright lubricity, as well as anti-static and stripping effect.
A high-performance wax-like additive designed to improve processing efficiency, mold release, surface smoothness, and dispersion in demanding industrial formulations.
Supports smoother melt flow, lower torque, and more stable processing during compounding and molding.
Helps reduce sticking, die build-up, and surface defects for a cleaner final appearance.
Useful in plastics, masterbatch, rubber, coatings, inks, and powder metallurgy systems.

EBS is a multifunctional industrial additive used to reduce friction, improve release, and support smoother processing in manufacturing systems.
The largest demand usually comes from plastics, masterbatch, rubber, coatings, inks, and powder metallurgy applications.
It can contribute to both, depending on the formulation, dosage, and base resin. Many buyers use it for a balanced lubrication effect.
