UV absorber A PLUS

UV absorber UV-A PLUS is a benzene acid ester type ultraviolet absorber, the ultraviolet absorber with the strongest UVA absorption ability.

It can absorb ultraviolet rays ranging from 320 to 400 nm, with the absorption peak at 354 nm. The molecular structure has resonance and hydrogen ion transfer functions, and the molecular structure is not damaged during the process of absorbing ultraviolet rays.

It has the characteristics of good compatibility, low migration, good thermal stability, high absorption efficiency, good chemical stability, and long-lasting absorption efficacy.

Performance & Benefits

  • Strong UVA1 Protection: Efficient absorption in long-wave UVA region
  • Superior Photostability: Maintains performance under prolonged UV exposure
  • Oil Compatibility: Easily incorporated into oil phases
  • Synergistic Effects: Works well with UVB filters like Octocrylene
  • Low Skin Irritation: Suitable for sensitive skin formulations

Applications:

  • It is suitable for plastics, coatings, inks, and sunscreens. The general dosage is 0.1-0.5%.
  • Used in Sunscreen, personal care products, sun exposure, baby sun exposure skin care, sun protection decorative cosmetics, broad-spectrum ultraviolet filters. It provides them with excellent light stabilization effects. Dosage: 0.2%-0.5%.
