Photoinitiator 754 is a liquid UV photoinitiator designed for unsaturated prepolymers, especially acrylate systems. It is a strong fit for formulations that need low residual odor, low emission, and low yellowing after cure.
Photoinitiator 754 is an efficient liquid free radical photoinitiator, featuring low odor, low yellowing, low volatility, low migration, good thermal stability, and high curing efficiency. Compared with other photoinitiators used in the polypropylene oxide pentaerythritol trimethacrylate system, the yellowing index is reduced by 40%. It has excellent color stability in the curing process. When used in combination with stabilizer 292, it significantly reduces yellowing under light exposure of acrylic polyurethane. It is suitable for plastics, wood, and metal varnishes, especially for white plastic topcoats, wood varnishes, and electroplating coatings that require low odor, low heat generation, and low yellowing. The general dosage is 1-5%.
A practical choice for clear coats and UV-curable formulations where odor, emission, and yellowing control matter.
Used in UV polymerization curing of the corresponding resin. It is particularly suitable for the curing of low yellowing, white systems and thick film layers. Screen printing ink, offset printing ink, flexographic printing ink, wood coating.

Photoinitiator 754 is used to initiate UV photopolymerization in unsaturated prepolymer systems, especially acrylate formulations. It is commonly associated with clear coats, wood coatings, plastic coatings, graphic arts, adhesives, and 3D printing materials.
it has a strong balance between efficient polymerization and low residual odor, low emission, and minimal yellowing after cure.
