Photoinitiator 369

A high-efficiency UV-curing photoinitiator for acrylate formulations, designed for systems that need fast cure response, reliable surface performance, and strong compatibility in pigmented applications.

Photoinitiator 369 is an efficient free radical photoinitiator, featuring high reactivity, low odor, good compatibility, low volatility, high temperature resistance, low migration, excellent thermal stability, and high curing efficiency. When used in combination with photoinitiator 184 and photoinitiator 651, it enhances the light absorption performance and improves the curing efficiency. It is suitable for offset printing inks, screen printing inks, solder mask inks, and photo resistants. It is particularly suitable for curing in colored systems, especially for blue and black systems. The general dosage is 1-4%.

Applications of Photoinitiator 369:

  • Used in colored ink systems, paper/metal and plastic varnishes and electronic inks.
  • It can also be used as an ultraviolet absorber in industries such as cosmetics.
