Waterborne Non Silicon Defoamer EMP-220

Waterborne Non Silicon Defoamer EMP-220 is a molecular defoaming material with special defoaming mechanism. It is different from other common mineral oil and silicone oil based defoaming material. The defoamer also has the wetting effect which the traditional defoamer does not have.

The EMP-220 system adopts a special molecular structure defoaming material and a new mineral oil based compound which is not usually stratified by ordinary mineral oil-based defoamers during the storage period.

Usage and dosage

EMP-220 was added to 0.03-0.2% of the finished lacquer, and half of the lacquer was added in the grinding and painting stages respectively. Due to the difference of formulation and selected raw materials, the precise amount of defoamer should be determined by experiment.
