Water-based Pigment Paste Red 21 is composed of deionized water, high-grade environmentally friendly pigments, surface treatment agents and various functional additives, processed through ultra-fine grinding technology. 

It has excellent environmental protection, low VOC, no APEO, strong coloring power, high tinting power, small particle size and narrow distribution, and good quality stability.
