Vinyl Chloride And Vinyl Acetate Copolymers EMP-20 is white powder,ketone and ester soluble with colorless,transparent solution,and it offers a desirable balance of chemical resistance, solubility, diaphaneity, film strength, and thermoplasticity. It has excellent interbedded adhesion. The film with high toughness,flexibility and lasting,anti-wear water resistance,low water swelling and low permeability characteristics. Because of its lower melt index, It also has well sealing property in low temperature.
EMP-20 is used primarily for maintenance coatings,plastic coatings, heat-transfer paint,outdoor printing ink, carbon ribbon,adhesive for magnetic card and card board. When using with carboxyl resin in the heat sealing lacquer for aluminum foil and PVC can effectively reduce the heat sealing temperature, raise the heat sealing strength.
