Vat Black 27 Application:
Mainly used in cotton fiber dyeing, suitable for suspension pad dyeing, also used for cotton yarn of the jig dyeing cotton and the impregnation, rarely used for printing. Can with other VAT dye spell dyed noise. Dyeing silk, affinity and levelness were good, also used for Fiber/cotton blended fabric dyeing.
Use condition:
- 1.Reduction Vat black 27(Vat olive R) for jig dyeing of cotton products or impregnation, the most suitable method with b, usable a method or c method. When the color matching with dry cylinder restore advisable, also the original time take 10 ~ 15 min, the temperature of 40 ~ 50 ℃, the dry cylinder stable time 40 min. Reduction and dyeing temperature is unfavorable and exorbitant, otherwise it will occur to varying degrees of hydrolysis, the influence of dyeing and color fastness.

Precaution

- 2.Reductive olive R structure has amino acid, the amount of caustic soda should be controlled (7.5~8mL/L), otherwise the dye is easy to hydrolyze.
- 3.Vat Black 27(Vat olive R) dyed fabric turns green after mercerizing, and the soaping fastness is also poor. In the finishing of yarn-dyed fabric, if the mercerized alkali concentration is too heavy, the luster will turn green, so attention should be paid in the specific application.
- 4.The ironing fastness of reduced olive R is poor (red), and it is often used to match and dye gray.
- 5.Restore olive R should be stored in dry and ventilated place to avoid damp.
