Vat Black 25 appearance was brown powder. In concentrated nitric acid, the dye is red and brown. The cryptochromes produced by the dye in alkaline insurance powder solution are gray, while the acid insurance powder solution is dark olive.

Application:
Vat Black 25 Mainly used in cotton fiber dyeing, generally not used for printing. Suitable for suspension pad dyeing, and other dye spell dyed all kinds of noise, leuco can dye cotton yarn, but also can be used for silk and wool dyeing, and have a good washing fastness and fastness to sunlight.
Use condition:
- 1.Vat olive T is suitable for cotton products dyeing, either by methylene method or methylene method (the dosage of caustic soda is 30%~40% higher than methylene method).
- 2.Due to the high speed of initial dyeing, it is often necessary to add levelling agent when dyeing light color. Poor covering power for dead cotton. It can be used with general oxidation method after dyeing.
- 3.Reductive olive reductive olive T is not commonly used in printing
- 4.Vat Black 25 can dye silk and wool with good fastness to sunlight and washing.
- 5.The VAT olive T stain was treated with urea - formaldehyde and cyanoformaldehyde resin.
Precaution
- 1.If the reducing olive T dye, temperature more than 60 ℃, light will be brown.
- 2.Restore Vat Black 25(vat olive T) should be stored in dry and ventilated place to avoid damp.
