UV absorber UV-T is a water-soluble benzimidazole type ultraviolet absorber. It can absorb ultraviolet rays ranging from 280 to 320 nm, with the absorption peak at 305 nm. It has the characteristics of good water solubility, low volatility, good dispersion, low migration, good thermal stability, high absorption efficiency, good chemical stability, and long-lasting absorption efficacy.
It maintains the refreshing texture of the sunscreen and inhibits the decomposition of other isolating agents.
It is suitable for water-soluble sunscreens, water-soluble adhesives, and water-based coatings. The general usage amount is 0.1-0.5%.
