Advantage:
- UV absorber UV-405 is a hydroxyphenyl triazine type ultraviolet absorber, capable of absorbing ultraviolet rays ranging from 280 to 380 nanometers, with absorption peaks at 293nm and 342nm. It has the characteristics of good compatibility, low volatility, good dispersion, low migration, good thermal stability, and high absorption efficiency. Its unique hydroxyl group can easily dissolve in the coating system. It does not react with acidic components or form complexes with metal ions.
- It is suitable for high-temperature curing systems, powder coatings, and coil steel coatings. When used in combination with photostabilizers UV292 and UV123, it significantly improves the durability of the coating, inhibits coating loss of gloss, color change, cracks, and delamination. It is used in clearcoats, intermediate coats, and color coats, with a general usage range of 1-3%.
