Advantage:
- UV absorber UV-284 is a water-soluble benzophenone type ultraviolet absorber, a Class I sunscreen agent approved by the FDA. It can absorb ultraviolet rays ranging from 270 to 340 nm, as well as UVA and UVB, with the absorption peak at 288 nm.
- It has the characteristics of good water solubility, low volatility, good dispersion, low migration, good thermal stability, and high absorption efficiency.
- It is suitable for water-soluble sunscreen agents, water-soluble adhesives, and water-based coatings. The general dosage is 0.1-0.5%.
Applications:
Used in in water borne coatings, water dyes and detergent to improve the weatherability, sun preparations.
