The rutile type active pigment titanium dioxide A101 is a rutile type titanium dioxide produced by the sulfuric acid process using advanced rinsing, deionized water and other processes. It has excellent optical and pigment properties, with high purity, good whiteness, strong covering power, high hiding power and easy dispersion. It is a general-purpose titanium dioxide.
A101 is a general-purpose titanium dioxide. It can be widely applied in fields such as coatings, inks, rubber, glass, leather, cosmetics, soap, plastics and paper making.
Good industrial hygiene practices must be applied and dust must be avoided.

A101 is an anatase grade primarily designed for interior and general applications. For long-term exterior weather resistance, rutile grades are commonly preferred. Contact us for recommended rutile alternatives.
Pre-dispersion using high-speed mixers or ball mills with appropriate dispersants improves performance. Low oil absorption of A101 helps reduce binder demand — check the datasheet for recommended dispersants and process notes.
Yes — A101 is used in PVC and other plastics where anatase properties (brightness, dispersibility) are suitable. For engineering plastics or exterior exposure, consider surface treated rutile grades.
