A100 anatase titanium dioxide are general-purpose titanium dioxide pigments. They are produced through a sulfuric acid cleaning process, involving hydrolysis purification, salt treatment, and high-temperature calcination. They are insoluble in water and have stable chemical properties. They possess characteristics such as high purity, good particle size distribution, high whiteness, excellent color removal ability, low oil absorption, strong covering power, and are easy to disperse. They cause less wear on processing equipment. A100 has better dispersibility and is particularly suitable for high-end products.
Good industrial hygiene practices must be applied and dust must be avoided.
