Solvent Based Paint Defoamer EMP-2045 is polyether modified breaking bubble polysiloxane solvent, which is used for production, packing and construction of solvent-based paint to prevent foam and bubbles.
Properties and Applications
It has excellent properties in the following paint systems: polyurethane paint, epoxy paint, polyester, nitro paint, various solvent based topcoats, industrial paint and other.
In order to obtain sufficient defoaming effect, it is suggested that defoamer ld-2045 be added in the grinding process, and the recommended dosage is 0.1-0.5% of the total amount. The best dosage must be tested before use, and the dosage should not be too much to avoid shrinkage.
