High-Efficiency UV Photoinitiator for Deep Curing & Low Yellowing Systems
Photoinitiator TPO is an efficient free radical photoinitiator. The photolysis products are highly initiating-active trimethylbenzoyl radicals and diphenylphosphoryl radicals. The absorption range is 350-420 nanometers, with the absorption peak at 380 nanometers. It can achieve both surface and deep curing. It has high activity, low odor, no yellowing, low volatility, good thermal stability, and high curing efficiency. It is suitable for initiating the polymerization reaction of unsaturated prepolymer systems, especially for white coatings and thick film coatings. When used in combination with photoinitiator α-hydroxy ketone, the synergistic effect is significant. For example, 4265 (50% TPO/50% 1173). The general dosage is 1-5%.
Compared to traditional photoinitiators, TPO offers significantly improved curing depth and minimal yellowing, making it ideal for high-end coatings and 3D printing resins.
Unlike generic market products, our Photoinitiator TPO is optimized for modern LED curing systems and high-performance industrial applications:

TPO provides deeper curing and better performance in pigmented systems due to its longer wavelength absorption.
Yes, TPO performs exceptionally well under LED UV sources, especially in the 365–405 nm range.
Absolutely. It is widely used in SLA and DLP resins due to its fast curing speed and low yellowing properties.
