Feature:

The Optical brightener BA is readily soluble in water. It is acid-resistant, and alkali-resistant. It is environmentally friendly and has high-temperature and low-temperature storage stability. BA is an anionic type OBA, which can be used in one bath with an anionic or non-ionic surfactant.

Common Application and Recommend Dosage

Whiten paper pulp, surface sizing, and water-based paint coating.

In paper pulp, added before alum or cationic auxiliary agent; dosage: 0.05-0.4%

In surface sizing, it can work with CMC, PVA, starch, or anionic or cationic synthetic sizing agent, dosage: 0.1-0.3%

In coating, it can be used at any stage of water-based coating production, dosage: 0.05-0.4%

Transportation and Safty

Avoid inversion, sunlight, moisture, and crash. Avoid damaging the package.

Non Hazardous. Stock as ordinary chemicals. Wear Protective goggles and gloves while using. And avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Soap clean if the skin is contaminated.

Whitening during the coating procedure.

Dip 60-100℃ temperature, residence time of 20-40 minutes, bath ratio: 1:20-30, dosage: 0.1-0.5%.
