Oil-base Coating Organosilicon Defoamer is generally being used in organosilicone defoamer and has good deaeration and foamdepressing properties. It is easy to control and hard to produce shrinkage cavity because of over added.
Applications
The additive is widely used in dry solvent system under normal temperature, including polyurethane, polyester, nitro, crylic acid and so on.

Usage and dosage
- Total formula amount: EMP-2022 0.1-1%
- In order to gain sufficient defoaming effects, defoamer should be added before grinding. If add it at the later period, then shear stress should be enough high to guarantee the defoamer to disperse enough, in case of shrinkage cavity.
