Low temperature plastic fluorescent pigment

Low temperature plastic fluorescent pigments offer brilliant colors, tinting strength, excellent fluorescence effect, and good disposability, not easy to stick screw during plastics processing. They are available in stable quality and heat resistance up to 190℃.

Key Features

  • Excellent fluorescence and high tinctorial strength
  • Optimized for low-temperature processing (see datasheet)
  • Good dispersion in PE/PP/PVC masterbatches
  • Low migration & good lightfastness compared with conventional fluorescent dyes
  • Available in powders and pre-dispersed paste/concentrate forms

Applications

Suitable for various plastic coloring, such as PP, PE, and PVC, with processing temperature ≤ 190℃, as well as paints with limited solvent resistance requirement.

Package

Packed in plastic drum within PE film bag, net weight 22.68kg.

FAQ

Is this pigment safe for consumer goods?

Our pigments are manufactured under quality controls. For food-contact or toy applications please request specific compliance certificates and migration test reports — not all grades are suitable for such uses.

Can you supply color matches or custom grades?

Yes — we offer custom color matching and formulation services. Contact our technical team with your target L\*a\*b or physical sample.

How should I incorporate the pigment in my process?

For powders: pre-blend into carrier resin or use high-shear mixing for masterbatch. For ready concentrates: follow recommended let-down ratios on the datasheet. Adjust processing parameters based on your equipment and polymer.
