Light Stabilizer UV 944 also known as Chimassorb 944,Omnistab LS 944.
Light Stabilizer UV 944 is a polymeric high-molecular-weight hindered amine light stabilizer. Its molecular structure contains multiple functional groups, possessing both the functions of a light stabilizer and an antioxidant. It has the ability to capture free radicals generated by ultraviolet light, as well as the long-term antioxidant performance of an antioxidant. It features high temperature resistance, resistance to extraction, low volatility, low migration, good thermal stability, and excellent light stability.
It is suitable for polypropylene, polyethylene, polyformaldehyde, polyamide, polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, ABS resin, adhesives, elastomers, and is particularly suitable for PP films, flat wires, PE films, flat wires, and EVA films. When used in combination with low-molecular-weight light stabilizers and UV absorbers, the synergistic effect is significant.
Used in Low-density polyethylene film, polypropylene, acrylic fiber, polypropylene tape, EVA film, ABS, polystyrene and food packaging, etc.
