Light Stabilizer UV 4050

Light Stabilizer UV 4050 also known as Uvinul 4050,RIASORB UV-4050.

Light Stabilizer UV4050 is a low-molecular-weight hindered amine light stabilizer, featuring good compatibility, low volatility, good dispersion, low migration, good thermal stability, high light stability, good chemical stability, and excellent color fastness. Compared with UV absorbers, it does not depend on the thickness of the polymer. It has excellent light stability for narrow bands and molding with high surfaces and thick sections, and its light stability efficiency is several times that of UV absorbers.

It is suitable for PP, PA, PS, PET, TPO, ABS, ASA, SAN, HIPS, EPDM, and is particularly suitable for polypropylene molding under high-temperature processing. When used in combination with high-molecular-weight light stabilizers and UV absorbers, the synergistic effect is significant.

Applications:

Used in polystyrene, impact-resistant polystyrene, ABS, SAN, ASA, polypropylene, impact-modified polypropylene (TPO), ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber and polyamide, etc.
