Iron Oxide Red 110 is a common iron oxide pigment. Offering excellent light and temperature resistance, Iron Oxide Red 110 also offers strong color strength and good dispersion.
Use at recommended pigment volume concentration (PVC). Pre-dispersion in solvent or wet-mill for single-coat systems improves gloss & hiding.
Surface-treated grades disperse faster in polyolefins. For high gloss, use masterbatch route with controlled dispersion.
Good rheological properties for gravure and flexo. Adjust vehicles to reach desired gloss and rub resistance.
Alkali-resistant — recommended pre-blend with cement for consistent color in paving and decorative concrete.
