Durable blue pigment engineered for industrial coatings and concrete paving — excellent dispersibility, weather & alkali resistance.
Iron Oxide Blue 886 is a common iron oxide pigment. Offering excellent light and temperature resistance, Iron Oxide Blue 886 also offers strong color strength and good dispersion.
We supply directly from our factory with QC traceability and on-demand tinting trials for concrete & coating formulators.
used in developing building materials, paints, rubber, asphalt, sports racetracks, paper, plastic and others.
Used in exterior wall paints, protective industrial coatings and traffic marking systems where colour durability and low sedimentation are required.
Designed for colored concrete, pavers and stamped pavements. Provides stable colour in both exposed aggregate and fully pigmented mixes.
Available in 25 kg paper bags, 500 kg bulk bags, or customer-specified packaging. MOQ and lead time vary by order size — contact sales for quotes and palletization details.

For coatings: pre-wet or masterbatch with the chosen resin for optimal colour uniformity. Our technical team provides recommended dispersants and milling suggestions based on binder type. For concrete: add Iron Oxide Blue 886 to the mixing water or as a pre-dispersed slurry to improve dispersion and minimise patching — perform a small trial panel to confirm shade and performance in your cement and aggregate system.
Note: Dosage depends on shade, cement type and desired final colour — request a lab trial for exact recommendations.
The data contained here are based on our current knowledge and experience. It is the responsibility of user to test our products before the final application.
We provide formulation trials, shade matching and batch control support for paving projects and coating lines — contact our technical service team.
The most consistent results come from preparing a concentrate/slurry by pre-dispersing the pigment in mixing water (or a plasticizer-compatible carrier) and adding it evenly during the batching cycle.
Also match moisture content and mixing energy between batches; we offer small test batches and onsite support to optimize dosing for your aggregate and cement type.
Iron Oxide Blue 886 is compatible with acrylic, epoxy, polyurethane and alkyd systems. For high-sheen or clear-topcoat use, ultrafine grinding and controlled dispersants improve clarity and reduce haze.
We can recommend resin-specific dispersants and milling protocols based on your formulation.
We run batch-level QC (particle size distribution, moisture, colour shade check) and can provide certificate of analysis, batch photos, and retained sample records. For large paving projects we offer pre-shipment shade approval panels and on-site colour control guidance.
