Injection drawing fluorescent pigments offer brilliant colors, tinting strength, excellent fluorescence effect, and good disposability, not easy to stick screw during plastics processing. They are available in stable quality and heat resistance up to 190℃.
Suitable for various plastic coloring, such as PP, PE, and PVC, with processing temperature ≤ 190℃, as well as paints with limited solvent resistance requirement.
Optimized fluorescent pigment for injection molding and drawing processes — bright fluorescence, excellent dispersion and thermal stability for engineered polymers.
Packed in plastic drum within PE film bag, net weight 25kg.

Generally compatible with PP, PE, PS, ABS, PET and many engineering plastics. Compatibility and required loading depend on resin polarity and processing — we recommend lab trials for each polymer.
Typical grades tolerate short-term exposures up to ~200°C. For high-temperature processes we offer specially formulated high-heat grades; request our technical datasheet for exact Tmax values.
Yes — available as powder pigment and pre-dispersed masterbatch in customer-specified carriers and concentrations. Custom masterbatches speed processing and improve dispersion.
Safety and compliance depend on the pigment grade and local regulations. We can supply compliance documentation (RoHS, heavy metal analysis, etc.) on request — always confirm before use in regulated items.
