Hydroxyl-Modified Vinyl Chloride/Vinyl Acetate Terpolymers EMP-15-40 is white powder,ester soluble with colorless and transparent solution. It has good compatibility with other film-forming material,such as alkyd resins,polyurethane elastomers, isocyanate resin, melamine resin,urea formaldehyde,epoxy polymers etc.So it is often used  formaldehyde,epoxy polymers etc.So it is often used with other film-forming material in order to improve the coating performance,and enhance paint adhesion,flexibility, tenacity,hardness and chemical resistance. Because of the hydroxyl functional group,it can also be used for improving the characteristics including alkyd,two-component polyurethane,and two-component epoxy coatings.It is also applicable to high solid content and low viscosity.

Application:

EMP -15-40 specially designed for wood coating application.Also can be used for a wide range of coatings applications for maintenance, marine and metal finishes,marine anti-corrosion paint, cans paint, plastic finishes, paper and leather coatings, PET inks, adhesive for magnetic tape and carbon ribbon.

Package, storage and transportation:

• ‍In kraft bag, lined with pp bags of 25kgs net, with PE inner bag.
• Store in a dry and ventilated place, do not place in open-air, avoid storage in direct sunlight and caution against wet.
• Must be transported in clean vehicle with awning and keep away from moisture.
• It is NOT hazardous article, and the shelf life is six months from the production date.‍
