Optical Brightener KCB ( C.I. 367) has strong whitening effect and bright blue color light, has good compatibility with various plastics and good weather resistance.

At the same time, the melting point of KCB is 210-212 ℃, in the temperature to meet the use of EVA materials, in the EVA foaming process, the addition of KCB will not affect the bubble effect, but also play a whitening effect. 

Therefore, fluorescent whitening agent KCB is very suitable to be used in EVA, like EVA foam board, EVA foam shoe material and so on can use it.

Applications:

Optical Brightener KCB, is mainly used for EVA foam, shoe material, synthetic fiber and plastic whitening, can be used in plastic film, molding material, injection molding material whitening, can also be used for polyester fiber and dye, natural paint whitening, the colored plastic products have obvious increase gorgeous effect, also used in PE, PP, PVC, PS, ABS product whitening, etc.

Directions for use and dosage:

Mix this whitening agent with the pellets to be whitened thoroughly and then carry out shaping. Generally, a dosage of 0.01-0.05% on weight of material to be whitened is recommended.
