Dispersing Agent 205 is a copolymer solution containing amide groups, used as a wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based and non-solvent leather color pastes and printing inks. It is suitable for carbon black dispersion in DMF polar systems. This product can significantly reduce the viscosity of the carbon black dispersion.
This data represents the empirical dosage. The optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of experiments:
Carbon black pigment: 10-50% (based on the percentage of pigment mass)
the 205(Dispersing Agent) must be added to the grinding material before the pigment is added and then mixed together.
Appearance | Light yellow liquid |
PH Value | 8-9 |
Non-volatile substances (10 min, 150 °C) | >98.5 % |
Flash point | 108 °C |
Total Amine value MG/G | 10 |
25KG/200KG
Before use, stir thoroughly. At -1°C, separation or turbidity may occur. Stir evenly and use normally.
As the product contains amine value, it will cause cross-linking of the paint system. Therefore, it is necessary to check the increase in viscosity during the storage of the coating.
