Dispersing Agent 110

Increase Hiding Power. Reduce Cost. Improve Stability.

Specially engineered TiO2 dispersant for coatings, inks and plastics.

Dispersing Agent 110 is an acid-containing group dispersant, which can be used for wetting and dispersion of solvent-based, non-solvent coatings and printing inks. It is applicable for wetting and dispersion of organic and inorganic pigments, matte powders, especially titanium dioxide. This additive is an ideal choice for acid-catalyzed systems (such as sheet coating). This product can significantly reduce the viscosity of inorganic pigment dispersions, form a network structure, effectively improving product compatibility and storage stability.

Struggling with Titanium Dioxide Dispersion?

  • High viscosity affecting processing?
  • Poor hiding power despite high TiO2 loading?
  • Pigment settling during storage?
  • Inconsistent gloss and color strength?

Our dispersing agent solves these issues by optimizing pigment wetting and particle separation.

Key Performance Advantages

  • Higher TiO2 Efficiency: Achieve same opacity with lower pigment dosage.
  • Inorganic and organic pigment matte powder has good dispersibility
  • Lower Viscosity: Improve flow and processing efficiency.
  • Excellent Stability: Prevent flocculation and settling.
  • Universal Compatibility: Works in water & solvent systems.

  • Stir thoroughly before use. Stratification or turbidity may occur at low temperatures. Stir evenly and use normally.
  • Due to the high acid value of the product, it may catalyze the cross-linking of the baking paint system. The viscosity increase of the coating system during storage should be checked.
How Dispersing Agents Improve Titanium Dioxide Performance

Titanium dioxide particles tend to agglomerate due to strong surface energy. A high-performance dispersing agent adsorbs onto the pigment surface, creating steric or electrostatic repulsion between particles.

What is the best dispersing agent for titanium dioxide?

A high-efficiency dispersant that improves wetting and reduces viscosity is ideal.

How can I reduce TiO2 cost?

Improving dispersion efficiency allows lower pigment usage while maintaining opacity.

Is this suitable for water-based coatings?

Yes, it works in both water-based and solvent-based systems.
