Powder Properties

Direct Violet 35 powder is Blue purple. Soluble in water for deep purple, and adequate soluble in ethanol for red light purple. The strong sulfuric acid for Tracy in blue, blue for red after diluted. The dye solution to join strong hydrochloric acid blue precipitation; Add thick sodium hydroxide solution has the purple precipitation.

Liquid Properties

Direct Violet 35 (liquid) is a ready-to-use aqueous direct dye developed to deliver vivid violet shades with consistent depth and excellent leveling on cotton and other cellulosic fibers. Its formulation targets reduced migration and improved shade reproducibility across both small-lot and large-scale dyeing operations.

Unlike dusty powder dyes, the liquid dispersion simplifies metered dosing, improves operator safety, and minimizes weighing errors. Built-in leveling auxiliaries help reduce streaking and patchiness, while optional low-salt recipes can be designed to lower effluent salinity where process and fabric allow.
