It’s formulated mainly for cellulose fibres (cotton, viscose/rayon) and is commonly used in textile dyeing and paper/leather colouring; not the first choice for untreated polyester.
Supplier TDS typically reports washing fastness around 2–3 and lightfastness about 2; wet rubbing ~3 and dry rubbing ~4 — use after-treatment (soaping, fixing agents) to improve performance.
Follow the supplier TDS: controlled liquor ratio, thorough wetting, correct temperature profile and standard soaping. For deep shades use high-temperature/direct exhaustion methods per TDS.
Store dry in closed containers, avoid inhalation of powder, and follow the product MSDS for PPE and waste/disposal instructions.
