Direct Black 19 liquid

High-solubility liquid direct dye for cotton, viscose, blended fabrics, paper and specialty finishing. Lab-tested, consistent batch-to-batch fastness.

Why choose our Direct Black 19 liquid?

  • Ready-to-dilute aqueous concentrate providing even exhaustion and brilliant deep black shades on cellulosic fibers.
  • Strict QC: batch COA & shade benching available on request — reduces lot-to-lot variance and re-dyeing risks.
  • Technical support & lab sampling: we provide pilot scale recipes for pad-dry, exhaust and continuous processes.
  • Compatibility: works well with standard leveling agents and common auxiliaries used in cotton and viscose dyeing.

Application

use for Ink,Textile printing,Paper,Paints,Plastic,Jute.

Quick use guidance

  1. Prepare pre-dye bath: dilute concentrate according to the TDS; maintain recommended liquor ratio.
  2. Auxiliaries: use leveling agent and Glauber’s salt or sodium sulfate (as per lab recipe) for even exhaustion.
  3. Temperature: follow pilot recipe — many cotton processes use 60–95°C profiles depending on auxiliaries.
  4. Post-treatment: rinse thoroughly and apply recommended fixing/softening to improve fastness.
