Cationic Violet 7, also known as Basic Violet 7, is a synthetic cationic dye specifically developed for dyeing acrylic fibers and their blends. It belongs to the cationic dye class characterized by strong ionic attraction to anionic sites within acrylic polymer structures.
Compared with conventional violet cationic dyes, Basic Violet 7 delivers a brilliant and clean violet shade with high color strength, making it suitable for both deep and medium shade dyeing requirements. Its balanced molecular structure allows for stable dye uptake, controlled migration, and uniform shade development during the dyeing process.
Basic Violet 7 is Blu-ray colourful red powder. In 20 ℃ water solubility of 10 g/L, solubility effected by temperature is very small, soluble in water for red light purple, in under a yellow of tungsten. In 120 ℃ high temperature dyeing, colored light unchanged. The dye solution should not be boiling. Compatibility value of three, the f value is 0.26.
