Dyeing Performance

• ‍Bright color, high dye uptake, good dye penetration and compatibility, suitable for color blending and one-bath dyeing.
• Durability: Light fastness 6-7 grades, wash fastness (60°C), friction fastness, and ironing fastness (150°C) all reach 4-5 grades, sweat fastness 4 grades, excellent overall fastness.
• Applicable pH range is wide (2-7), dyeing stability is strong, and batch color differences are small.‍

Application Advantages

• ‍Liquid formulation does not require grinding and dispersion, dissolves quickly, can be directly diluted for use, reduces energy consumption and labor, and has good dyeing reproducibility.

• ‍Acrylic Fiber: Used for dyeing and printing of pure acrylic yarns and fabrics, it can achieve uniform and rich blue color, suitable for knitted, woven, blankets and other products.
• Acrylic Blend: Suitable for one-bath dyeing of acrylic/silk, acrylic/vinyl acetate blended fabrics, simplifying the process and reducing costs.
• Modified Polyester / Nylon: Has good coloring effect on some cationic dyeable polyester and nylon, expanding application scenarios.

Other Industrial Applications

• ‍Paper-making: Used for producing blue writing paper, packaging paper and special papers, improving the color stability of paper.
