Applications:

Mainly used for medium shade and deep shade acrylic knitted underwear,acrylic loose fiber, acrylic carpet printing, and light shade, medium shade and dark shade bulked yarn dyeing.

Application & Processing Guidance

• Powder handling: pre-wet and disperse under gentle shear; avoid dry dusting. Use recommended dispersants for best optical yield.
• Liquid use: homogenize and degas if necessary before metering; ideal for continuous feed systems.
• Dyebath tips: monitor pH and temperature consistent with cationic dye best practices; auxiliaries can improve leveling and fastness.
• Fixation: low-temperature fixation is possible for some substrates; consult technical team for process tuning.
• Scale-up: always run pilot batches and request technical matching samples when migrating to production volumes.
