Benzene-soluble Polyamide Resin is a thermoplastic resin synthesized from aliphatic dicarboxylic acids and aliphatic diamines through a polycondensation process. It exhibits excellent solubility in aromatic hydrocarbon solvents such as toluene and xylene. The resulting film has high gloss, strong adhesion, good flexibility, and superior abrasion resistance. It also offers good water resistance, chemical resistance, and anti-blocking properties, ensuring excellent compatibility with various substrates such as BOPP, PET, nylon film, aluminum foil, and paper. Widely used in solvent-based gravure inks, plastic lamination inks, surface coatings, and metal printing inks, it serves as an ideal binder resin for applications demanding high gloss and strong adhesion.
The material remains stable and does not deteriorate when in contact with oils, making it suitable for coatings or products exposed to oily environments.
It forms a dense film that effectively prevents water penetration, enhancing durability and protecting the substrate from moisture damage.
The coating maintains its performance when exposed to alkaline substances, preventing degradation or loss of adhesion in high-pH environments.
It firmly bonds to various substrates such as metal, wood, and plastic, ensuring that the coating does not peel or flake easily even under mechanical stress.
The film can stretch or bend without cracking, making it suitable for applications on flexible or irregular surfaces.
The material retains its physical and chemical stability under low-temperature conditions, preventing brittleness or performance loss during cold storage or winter use.
It may also offer good weather resistance, chemical stability, and long-lasting performance, depending on formulation and application conditions.
Suitable for solvent flexographic, gravure and plastic printing inks, heat sealing coatings, varnish, hot melt adhesives, etc.
