Concentrated Basic orange G Liquid for consistent bright orange shades in textiles, leather and paper. Lower dust hazards, fast dispersion and customizable concentrations for industrial uses.
Basic Orange G Water-soluble is very good. In dyeing copper and iron ion color first obvious to become red.
Pre-dilute the Basic orange G Liquid in warm water and add under agitation to the dye bath to avoid local overdosing. Dosage depends on target depth (K/S) and substrate: our technical team can provide sample recipes and lab-scale trials to replicate shades precisely.
Each batch is released with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) showing dye content, shade match (spectral data), and regulatory screening. Optionally perform bespoke heavy-metal tests or eco-toxicity reports per customer request.
Basic orange G can be used for cotton, viscose and blended fabric, wool dyeing and printing directly, not normally used for discharge. Also used in paper and leather color.
