Basic Orange G

Concentrated Basic orange G Liquid for consistent bright orange shades in textiles, leather and paper. Lower dust hazards, fast dispersion and customizable concentrations for industrial uses.

Basic Orange G Water-soluble is very good. In dyeing copper and iron ion color first obvious to become red.

What makes our Basic orange G Liquid different?

  • Engineered for consistency: tight batch-to-batch shade control and spectral QC for predictable results on production scales.
  • Liquid convenience: faster dispersion, reduced dust, easier metering — fewer stoppages on continuous lines.
  • Customer-configurable grades: standard technical, high-stability, and textile/printing specialties available.
  • Compliance-ready: CoA and SDS supplied with each shipment; tailored testing available on request.

How to use — practical tips

Pre-dilute the Basic orange G Liquid in warm water and add under agitation to the dye bath to avoid local overdosing. Dosage depends on target depth (K/S) and substrate: our technical team can provide sample recipes and lab-scale trials to replicate shades precisely.

Quality & testing

Each batch is released with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) showing dye content, shade match (spectral data), and regulatory screening. Optionally perform bespoke heavy-metal tests or eco-toxicity reports per customer request.

Application

Basic orange G can be used for cotton, viscose and blended fabric, wool dyeing and printing directly, not normally used for discharge. Also used in paper and leather color.

Is Basic orange G Liquid the same as Orange G powder?

The chemical colorant may be identical in chromophore but liquid grades are formulated for immediate use (dispersion, preservatives, carrier medium). Powder and liquid handling, dosing and shelf-life differ — request grade-specific TDS/SDS

What substrates does Basic orange G Liquid work best on?

Basic orange G is commonly used on wool, silk and some paper/leather processes. Compatibility depends on bath chemistry; our technical service can recommend auxiliaries and recipes.
