Alcohol Soluble Polyamide Resin is a high-performance resin synthesized from aliphatic dicarboxylic acids and aliphatic diamines through polycondensation. It features excellent solubility in alcohols, strong adhesion, flexibility, and abrasion resistance. The resin dissolves easily in ethanol, isopropanol, and other alcohol-based solvents, forming transparent films with high gloss, fast drying, and outstanding fold and crack resistance. It is widely used in alcohol-based gravure inks, plastic composite inks, surface coatings, aluminum foil printing, and paper printing, and is particularly suitable for environmentally friendly low-VOC ink systems.
The resin forms a firm and flexible film with excellent adhesion to various substrates, ensuring good bonding strength and durability of the coating or ink.
It has excellent wetting ability, allowing pigments and fillers to disperse uniformly, resulting in smooth and consistent coating performance.
The resin has good resistance to oxidation, maintaining its color stability and performance over time even under exposure to air or light.
It provides coatings with a bright surface finish and allows rapid drying, improving production efficiency and appearance quality.
The film exhibits excellent anti-blocking properties, preventing sticking between coated surfaces during stacking or packaging.
It maintains stable mechanical and optical properties under high temperature and friction conditions, providing superior scratch and wear resistance
Suitable for flexo, gravure inks, heat-sealing coatings, glossy oil.
