Application:

This product used for wool, silk, polyamide, viscose, wool blended fabric dyeing and printing, also can be used for paper, leather, cosmetics and biological color.

Acid Green 9 Use condition:

  • ‍1. Mainly used for dyeing and printing of wool, silk, nylon and wool blend fabrics, and also for paper, leather, cosmetics and biological coloring.
  • 2. Wool dyeing can be carried out in a sulfuric acid bath or a formic acid bath. The pH of the dyeing bath is adjusted to 2~4, and the highest dyeing temperature is 95~100°C; silk and nylon dyeing should be carried out in a weak acid bath. When the fibers are dyed in the same bath, the nylon and silk are colored, and the cellulose fibers are rarely stained.
  • 3. The leveling property is better, the color is more vivid, and the color light is often used. The main disadvantage is that the light fastness is very poor, which affects its use, and is generally only suitable for the dyeing of wool products with high color vividness.
  • 4. When dyeing, the color of the copper ion becomes darker, and when it encounters the iron ion, the light becomes dark yellow.‍
