Application:

Used for wool, polyamide fiber, silk and wool blended fabric dyeing and printing directly, can also be used for leather and paper shading.

Acid Blue 41 Use condition:

  • ‍1. It is used for dyeing and direct printing of wool, nylon, silk and wool blend fabrics, and can also be used for coloring leather and paper.
  • 2. Wool dyeing: It should be carried out in a strong acid bath. The pH value of the dyeing solution is adjusted to 2~4, and the highest dyeing temperature is 85~95°C, which is easy to produce the phenomenon that the hair tip is not easy to be dyed.
  • 3. Silk and nylon dyeing: carried out in an acetic acid bath.
  • 4. Blending of blended fabrics: When the wool is dyed in the same bath as the various fibers, the apparent color depth of the nylon and silk is close to that of the wool, and the cellulose fibers are not stained.
  • 5. When dyeing, the copper ion color is dim, and the iron ion color becomes red and dark.‍
