Acid Blue 277 is a water-soluble acid dye primarily used for dyeing and tinting protein and polyamide fibers such as wool, silk and nylon, and for leather finishing. It produces bright, clean blue shades with good leveling and reproducibility in acidic dye baths. The dye is designed for high batch-to-batch consistency and is often chosen where sharp, cool blue tones and reliable wet-fastness behaviour are required.it is soluble in water and has a solubility in water of 100g/L.

Mainly used for sea of target that fluorescent, facilitate aerial reconnaissance search. And can use significantly for the exploration of fluorescent groundwater. Can also be used for medicine and cosmetics shading, rarely used for silk printing and dyeing things.
Protein fibres (wool, silk) and polyamide (nylon) show the best uptake and fastness. It is not recommended for untreated cellulose (cotton) without a mordant or carrier.
Dissolve the dye in warm water, adjust pH to the acidic range (typically pH 3–5), add the fibre, and follow standard slow temperature ramping to ensure even exhaustion.
Expect strong wet- and wash-fastness on protein fibres; lightfastness is moderate and depends on shade depth and finishing treatments.
Works well with common acid-dye auxiliaries (buffers, leveling agents). Avoid strong oxidizers and high-alkaline environments which reduce performance.
Store in a cool, dry place away from oxidizing agents. Use standard PPE (gloves, goggles); follow MSDS for handling, disposal and accidental-release procedures.
