Typical loading: 2–8% by weight depending on opacity required. For exterior coatings, use with UV-stable binders — our pigments show excellent chalk resistance.

Wet-milling with ceramic media to D50<1 μm gives best tinting strength. Recommended dispersants: polycarboxylate-based for concrete, non-ionic polymeric dispersants for aqueous coatings, and surface treatment for thermoplastics. Avoid over-shearing in high-viscosity systems.
Iron oxide green is produced via controlled oxidation and blending of iron oxide phases to produce a stable inorganic green pigment with excellent weather resistance and heat stability.
Fine particle-size, high tint-strength grades suit coatings; chemically-treated, more dispersible grades are preferred in plastics/masterbatch for lower dust and improved incorporation.
